  3. Market - We contact potential investors and give them the key information they need to decide whether an in-depth evaluation of the opportunity is warranted.
  4. Present - If investors are interested, we will assist you in presenting the opportunity.
  5. Respond– We will respond to investor due diligence requirements.
  6. Negotiate – We will negotiate final terms.
  7. Close – Assist in closing process.
